Description of Cold Extrusion Machine System:
The system includes YJ650 machine, YJ800 machine and coupler.
The product meets the requirements of JGJ108-96.
1. A full set of YJ650: It can process steel bars with a diameter of 16mm to 32mm.
2. YJ800 complete set: It can process steel bars with a diameter of 32mm to 40mm.
3. The whole set of YJ650 and YJ800 pressure equipment can handle 16mm-40mm.
The working principle of cold extrusion machine:
The steel bar can be connected with the lateral extrusion through a cold extruder, so that the connector is plastically deformed, and then it is tightly occluded with the steel to connect the steel bar.
